3. Permitted Use

- Do not share course materials, scrape content, or bypass technical protections.
- Do not post content that is unlawful, harassing, or infringes rights of others.
4. Purchases and Access
- Prices and features are shown at checkout. Taxes may apply.
- Access duration varies by course and may include live sessions with limited seats.
- We may update or discontinue content to improve quality.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
For live sessions, cancellations received 48 hours before the start are eligible for a refund. On‑demand purchases may be refundable within a limited preview period. Some exclusions apply where required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
All course content is owned by SleekSummit or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. No license is granted except as expressly stated.
7. Disclaimers
Training outcomes vary by learner and context. We do not guarantee specific career results. Services are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, SleekSummit and its affiliates are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from use of the services.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify SleekSummit from claims arising out of your misuse of the services or violation of these Terms.
